Board of Directors Meeting 2011

What a great Day!  The Florida Women's Political Network held their annual business meeting January 22, 2011.  Women from all over the state of Florida attended this meeting at the Renaissance Hotel in Orlando, FL.  The day started with a little fun as we celebrated our election wins to the music "Celebration".   Our President Dolores Clark conducted the business meeting with many reports and proposals from the officers of the Board of Directors.  Lunch was served and a very special guest, newly elected Attorney General Pam Bondi gave a talk on her plans for the future.  In the afternoon, newly elected Congresswoman Sandy Adams told us about her swearing in ceremony and what is going on in our national's capital.  Then Senator George LeMieux spoke on his time in office, his concerns for our country and his future plans.  And last, but definitely not least, Tico Perez, Esquire - Political Radio and TV Personality gave an important talk on the direction he feels the Republican Party should take and how important it is for the Party to include and welcome Hispanic citizens.  If you missed this meeting, talk to a fried who attended and make sure you join us in Tallahassee on March 28th and 29th, 2011, for the FWPN's Tallahassee Days.
